Some picture and thoughts from Nemo: Nemo knife review

I have handled this one at the meet in Amsterdam. Very well ground! Nice and thin. Good job Spyderco!

Of course it's OK. My pleasure !

JD also has shown me his BritishBlades sprint Elmax Urban. What a jewel !!
BTW after a week of using the knife on acidic things (lemon) I was not able to get the K390 into any kind of patina. :-)

So, as I also wrote on Spyderco's forums, I got some scales in CF coming from Cuscadi next week.

    (Cuscadi picture)

It will be a American design knife, manufactured in Italy with Austrian steel blade and German scales... That I will carry in the UK !!
International Knife of Mystery !! :-)

    CHeers
    Nemo

PS And Eric really nails it at the Minimeet. He's getting better and better !!!

Ah no ... it doesn't rust does it?

Just removed it from my Shopping Cart

For some reason I am perfectly happy with a carbon steel trad pattern behaving exactly as it pleases with the rusting, but I like Spydercos because they kind of look after themselves in the main. The M4 on the Bradley drives me nuts and will soon be moving to someone else's house

this looks like a wicked pocket knife but i hope you'll excuse my ignorance - is this better than the BB version of the Urban in Elmax steel?

It's very good news to me that Eric is making presentations. I regard his input highly, I think the Poliwog is one of Spydercos best knives, Ed and Eric work well together, and I'm very interested to see where the designs go.

For me, not really. I don't know the real use differences, and I'm very happy with Elmax.
