On a related note, I came across a discussion by theatre performers about using a flick knife. Not only that, but they needed it not to lock when "killing" someone, and to lock when picking up a raspberry with it. Artists, eh? Well I've only got one thing to say to them - MACBETH! 
I'm sure there's a member or two here who are stage crew or performers and know more...

anyhoo! i may be wrong aboot the flick comb. but i do remember a bit of fuss about it years ago. but if the shops are selling it then i dont know.
