    Trond Felleskap #01

    Trond Felleskap #01

    What do you think?

First picture shows profile from above. Second picture, side on after treated with linseed oil.

I am quite pleased with it for my first effort.

I would never have though just putting a couple of slabs on a knife blank would be so much work (with just hand tools). Hopefully the sheath will be a lot easier….well at least I do have experience working with leather.

most excellent! I particularly like the way you've "feathered" the handle, well done, my attempt is on hold awaiting further deliveries of timber
I think you can be well pleased with it, I'd also like to thank you for being the genesis of the felleskap. I'm sure that there are others on the forum who would join me in this :240: :thanks:

    Sleep deprived?

But seriously, that's excellent work. I'm having trouble getting the jade slabs of sufficient quality. May have to go with something simpler.

Y don't make stock removal blades with either a flat or a convex grind with secondary bevel.. Laminates would be no good unless there was helstål laminated into the spine. then the price would be ..... HHHHUUUUUGGGGGEEEEE ( besides i owe you money as it is ( now where are my blades!)

then you understand the irony of the comment to the plagerising of a design including tang construction made by the caterpillar faced noggin the nogg!

Still it's friday and the banter is friendly.
