    Probably best summed as 'approximate'

    So 12 inches ish is approx a foot, etc

    Very nice job Stuart, you got me all excited for a mo whilst the pics were loading, but its still very nice. Looks very practical and should make a nicer slicer than a scandi with the thinner stock and high flat grind
