How many knives from BB makers?

I was putting together a bunch of knives for a photo session today and I was specifically restricting it to BB makers, whether they made the blade or handled it. Well, I have rather more than I thought. I had originally estimated it at 3 or 4 but so far (and this list isnt complete and is in no particular order!) I have knives from...

Now thats funny, both of you have knives by someone on BB but you are not sure who the maker was!
