    Manu Laplace 1515L Salamandre

This is the last I have of this style by Manu Laplace of France.

These are handmade in Thiers and offer fantastic fit and finish for the money as I'm sure many BBer's will attest.

This model has a two piece mitred handle with a bone front end and a wood rear.

Normally retailing from me at £175 special offer at £150 plus paypal and postage.

    Many thanks

    Mike

Glad to see these Laplace pieces are popular, Mike. terrific knives. The little one I have is one of my all time hero favourites.

I have been eyeing up the large plain ebony one on your site - funds prohibit, unfortunately. And, I still hanker after the one you had on the passaround

I kept that for myself now travels to many resturants with me as a lovely steak slicer. Eating utensil now is that a good reason to carry?
