Go on, make me an offer......

Both of these are now sold!

I have a couple of knives that have been lying in the workshop for too long now. Both were made "on spec" and I have not really made any attempt to sell them, they are brand new, A1 condition and without fault, both are also supplied with my usual COA's!

Both are without sheaths and that is how I would like to supply them. I have a good few orders to get sheathed over the coming weeks and I would rather be sorting sheaths for them, my valuations reflect the lack of sheaths

The first is one of my large Bushys, it has a 3" hollow ground blade of 4mm 12c27, ht is at Rc.59/60. The scales are of Cocobolo with nickel silver Corby bolts and lanyard tube.

This one is now sold! I value this one at £180.

The second, also a large Bushy, this time the 3" blade is of 4mm O1 and has a scandi grind, again ht is to Rc.59/60. This one has been seen on here before as I made it to experiment with the "as quenched" blade finish, only the grind has been finished after ht. The scales are of stabilised Sallowroot over black liners, fixings and tube are again nickel silver.

This one is also now sold! I value this one at £190.

As they are in stock, and without leather, I am opening them up for offers... Cash, trade, whatever...

So go on, if you are interested make me an offer, I don't offend easily so don't be shy

    Thanks for looking, Stu

Stu, do you fancy owning a swoosh? Cheeky I know but I would gladly swap the one in link below for either of those beauties? I too am not easily offended so don’t worry if it doesn’t take your fancy. Cheers.

I'll offer for trade my NIB Fallkniven F1 micarta with original sheath and Rapidboy sheath for the large Bushy.

    Nick

Edit: In fact I'd trade for either of those knives though my preference is for the large Bushy. They're both very nice and I'm surprised they're still here.

If this doesn't make it too complicated, I would buy that knife of yours and give the money (an offer) to Stu to send you one of his here?

    I'll make you an offer....

5 of the knives from my old collection from when I was a naive teenager. They're all sheath knives and cost just over £110 together when I bought them from new (but to be honest they're probably worth about a fiver each).

They're typical eebay ''l@@k, hunting/camping/sheath knife/tactical'' quality and most are mass-produced battleorders fodder that don't even have a maker's name on them.
Maybe they're good for selling or stripping for parts?

    They consist of:
    1. Large 'bowie' knife - 12" blade, 420c stainless, with sheath.
    2. Large klingon type fantasy hunting knife - 12" blade, 420 stainless, with sheath.
    3. Large 'Andujar' bowie style hunting knife - 9" blade, 420 stainless, with sheath (do you see a pattern emerging here )
    4. Small 'sheath knife' - 6" blade, god knows what steel it is, with sheath.
    5. Gil Hibben replica 'Jackal' (not a Gil Hibben at all, just looks like one) - again, god knows what steel it's made of, 9" blade, with sheath.
(Sorry, no pics. I've yet to enter the digital age)
I absolutely refuse to describe any of the sheaths as 'leather', although that's what they were described as when I bought them. Having recently purchased a good quality proper leather sheath from Dougster though, I now know that I may have been conned with my past purchases.

Would like to exchange for the scandi-grind 01 bushy.

I hope I haven't offended you too much with this post

I traded recently for a small inlayed Sebbie, it was stunning, so much so I couldn't bring myself to use it so moved it on...

I am particularly looking for a small plain one, a user is fine

Sorry, my mistake, I wasn't paying proper attention. I skimmed through your first post and saw ''this one is now sold'' twice and wrongly assumed that both knives were gone.

    Many apologies.
