Second attempt: my first scandi type
Hello guys I was so busy for work and I cannot give my self to full work in this knife addiction.
This is my scandi like first knife, second attempt.
it is 99% finished just a touch up on the bolster and it will be my favourite kitchen knife.

So it is made by a Lauri 95 carbon blade, curly birch (not a premium grade since is my very first project), black and red vulcanized fibers.
I'm so happy I learned a lot also from this another one project! Lot of mistakes but a lot of satisfaction.
To give a lustre finish of the handles I gave all my experience in painting restoring: 7 coats of finish and sanding of different dilutions. I love it. Smooth as mirror, almost like chinese lacquer.
Hope you will like it.
Comments and suggestions of any kind are always more than welcome as usual.
ciao!
PS: i like this blade sooo much... now i know because this kinda blades are so good. Sharp, tough and very functionals! Really like this carbon steels!
