Re: Reindeer horn
I would also recommend using a mask whilst cutting or grinding as the I found the smell nauseating. Good luck.

God is love. whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him. 1John 4:16
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.

Re: Reindeer horn
SWMBO complains that the smell fills the whole house, but I don't mind it at all. Then again, she complains when my eyelashes, beard and airmhair get singed, too.
If you are sanding with a power tool, I'd recommend a mask and using a dust extractor (i.e., vacuum cleaner with the hose clamped near the workpiece) because the dust is extremely find and can really mess up your day...Last edited by keith_beef; 19-12-10 at 03:18 PM. Reason: to correct grammar
