Thank you my friend!!I am counting on it to work for those animal pictures with bad lighting conditions!!I think that the fact I made all four sides painted with high gloss aluminum will help the relatively small flash do a good fill up work!!I will show the results if possible with and without!!

Makes me wish I could be as patient and as keen as eye as you lot.

Sometimes it isn't patience, it is just being in the right place and the right time. Take a day out at a nature reserve or somewhere with your camera and just take photos of anything that catches your eye. I end up deleting half of the photos I take because there is something not quite right - but that is one of the great things about digital cameras; you are able to take hundreds of photos on one memory card.
I hope to see some of your photos soon.

Glad you enjoy all those pictures Weesi(Simon!!and Simon,(SJK) is right about digital,but most pictures you catch,or lose are because you have or not your camera at hand!!I try to have one handy most of the time,specially at the farm or the seaside!!Some of the best are there just once!!I have carried a camera the last 60 years in all activities!Underwater,above it,on a microscope,telescope,borescope(sort of endoscope to look inside rifle barrels,and all over the World(part of it!!)Now I also picture knives!!I keep having fun!!

I've got something to post at last today.
In front of my house, I've found a stick bug when I returned from office.


Neohirasea japonica I think, a typical stick bug of Japan.

To be added, the mantis I posted last time has laid her egg somewhere around my house
and died; maybe, the last time I've seen her, she was walking very slowly
on a sun burned warm wall with her flat body.
