Rail works at Nottingham this Saturday i will have to go to Lichfield first, then change to Nottingham.

Sorry folks, but I'm having to pull out at this late date.

It's the last weekend of LOML's summer break from school, although she's been into school a number of times and is, even as I type, sitting downstairs working.

I've decided I will be spending the whole weekend with her. (Note the spin in the wording of that last sentence. )

It's a shame, as there are so many people coming that I want to meet and I've missed a number of meet-ups in a row, but I'm out of a job and consequently we haven't had a summer holiday this year, it's how it has to be.

Spare me a thought and have a great time.
