    Question Bench sander?

I have no choice but to buy a new bench sander. The one i have is a Rexon, and is/was great, but the switch has gone and i cant find another one.

Has anyone any experience with the make 'Erbauer' at all?

    Thanks,

    Mik

Should be fine presuming its a 13Amp plug .. cant really wire it up wrong either .

Just make sure it is unplugged if/when you decide to do any work

There are some illuminated ones as well if you want to get fancy .. probably harder to wire up though

    Re: Bench sander?

When the switch in my bench drill went I temporarily connected the wires together and used it on the switch on the wall socket.

    Temporarily ?

I've got one that I did that with about 6 years ago. Still use it the same way now

Fixing your sander switch shouldn't be much of a job Mik, but failing all that, Erbauer stuff is OK. My 1/2" router is an Erbauer and it's worked perfectly for years.

All you need is a simple ON/OF switch. Shame to bin it just for a switch fault. Hope you get sorted. Cheers.
