Re: BundyMac Miniature Challenge :)
Maybe we should have a cutting competition for the minatures?
First to chop 2 matchsticks and cut 5 pieces of free hanging cotton.

Alain,
I see what you mean, there does seem to be more discussion than making, but the damascus ulu ( here ) with a horn grip is nice even if it only has 2 parts!Stephen

Re: BundyMac Miniature Challenge :)
You scrimd a mammoth handle, then file worked a blade and constructed a folder the same size as a grain of rice. With a gold pin for the pivot.
Alain, you are one mad guy, but I think I love you!

Re: BundyMac Miniature Challenge :)
Alain you are fantastic! That picture of the folder with the rice is just great. I think the little critter would be a flea (puce).
To make a good looknig knife this size is in itself an accomplishment, and to make one with moving parts, as is the case also with those marvellous pairs of scissors seen in this thread is even more impressive.Making knives gangnam style..... apparently...

Re: BundyMac Miniature Challenge :)
It's called a flea in English Alain, is it "une puce" in French ? Very appropriate.
I wanted to study history but there's no future in it.
So that's what an invisible force field looks like !
