http://www.axminster.co.uk/product.a...,1M7DCA,AR20,1
would i be right in thinking this could be used to find the angle to grind at on a flat belt grinder
would have to look at it from the side i think but looks to me like its a digital bubble jig without the clamp? bit new to this just after a second opinion incase ive read what it does wrong

Re: digital bubble jig?
I use an angle cube for setting up an edge pro, and it's great for that!
It only gives a reading when the sides or top/bottom are attached. It would be very hard to hold at an angle and bend to read the display!
It could be used in conjunction with a bubble jig, to set up the bubble at a given measured angle, and then lock it and use the bubble for grinding.
They are handy for setting up a jig with a specific angle, and then locking everything up and detaching the cube. I have a video showing how I use it to set the edge pro. Relevant bit is at 00:39, skip the waffle

If you have an iphone there are several apps with levels in them. Personally I've just used appbox pro to check vertical on my platen and set up my grinder table for 20 degree bevels.
