    EDC again

Looks like I have an EDC for every day of the week now,not brought one since December, then this week saw a Henckle stockman, red bone scales, just had to buy it.
Any you fellow blade addicts, had any dealings with these, and is 440HC steel as good as SAK stainless ?
    Cheers.

better than SAK steel, yes, in theory, harder and more durable. But it depends on the heat treatment. The SAK steel is quite soft, which makes it easy to sharpen.

That is very nice I routinely carry SAKs but may just have to invest in something along these lines myself

SAKs are my main carry as well, but this stockman was a must have, main blade (shown open)is three inches from tip, to top of bolster, cutting edge well under three.
